What effects do those have?

And do we use the same, or is the technology that we use in road surfacing today the same as that's been used for decades, or have there been any changes?

And speaking of the asphalt rejuvenation, is this a one-time application for a particular road, or can it be used more than once on the same road and extend the life of that road further?

So in the figures that you gave us in terms of annual investment, does that include potential staff increases or is that simply the physical nature of the paving?

Well, yes, I was just going to say we have the budget conversation coming up in a month or so.

And so if we see these, I would favor option C or D. But we need to see that built into the budget and how that affects the overall picture.
