I know we're not yet at the point where we can actually come up with a fee for the town, but can you describe another jurisdiction and a fee that, a utility fee that is charged in another jurisdiction that might at least give us a vague idea of what that looks like? podcast-host

But the consensus is that the fee versus the tax would be a much fairer method and distribute the cost of the entire program more fairly across the community as opposed to trying to build it into real estate tax or anything like that. podcast-host
