Well, I'm happy to see in the zoning ordinance rewrite that there's the recommendation for increasing the requirement for 15% or offering the 15% for additional density or what have you.

As of now, as is the Planning Commission, honestly, less convinced about the parking requirements, unless somehow we're going to then provide structured parking, because I suspect the neighborhoods wouldn't stand for it in many respects.

And I wouldn't expect any recommendations from the staff at this point, absent the final draft of the zoning ordinance rewrite.
