In fact, you can't get there without having the kind of sweet spot that we're seeing in Vietnam right now.

Well, this is the present, I would argue.

Because right now, this is the moment.

This is the moment to take advantage of a working-age population, an advancement in technology that is coming, and skill up a workforce to drive this economy into the future.

However, it's not going to last forever.
