That was just over two years ago, and I hadn't been involved with that.

I'd been in some other stuff.

I'd been in a peer group before that, and then that kind of went away, and so I did this, and this was... That's an experience that, like one guy said when we got there, he goes, this will be life-changing, and he was right.

I mean, you know, just you meet people, you get leadership development and interpersonal communication development stuff.

My current employer, me, does not provide that stuff, so...

Well, in several ways it's brought value.

It's helped me work with, talk to people and interact with them and trying to

get everyone to agree or work with them better to understand what your needs are and how you want to be talked to and spoken with, dealt with.

Because a lot of people are just like a hammer all the time, and that doesn't really work.

It varies.

It was a two-year program.

The first winter was just about every month, and then we skipped for, like, spring, and then we got a couple times in the summer, and then we skipped, like, fall time.

Yeah, we did.

We went to Washington, D.C., where they have the National Corn Festival.
