All the rice noodles were just fantastic.
You got green and red and orange and yellow.
That's where a lot of the spices are is in Morocco, yeah.
It was fantastic food.
The first couple of places, a couple of days, it wasn't, I don't know.
I think we just hit a, hit a few duds, but it all ended up being really good.
And, um, and they use like a lot of chicken.
You know, we didn't, I don't think we had any beef in Vietnam.
And they used the whole animal.
One guy sent a picture to the rest of the group.
They just used scissors and cut up the chicken, and they cut right through the beak, the middle of the beak.
It's like, oh, okay.
Well, not wasting any.
Nope.
That's fine.
So that was really neat.
But you were talking about the markets.
We went to a fresh market.
Yep.
And it was like five or eight acres under roof of fish and seafood.
