Yeah.

Yeah, and motorsport is quite different to most sports in that because football has an end point.

When the ball is in goal, it's done.

You have a dead point.

That's what you work towards, swimming, end of race.

But with motorsport, you can have multiple of these peaks.

And usually there are overtakes or mistakes being made.

And finding that balance, especially when, like Alex and myself, you work with a co-commentator to make sure that balance works for you.

And for the viewers, it's always a bit of a challenge.

But as you say, muscle memory is there.

But now we have to relearn this a little bit.

And I found as well that because motorsport has two types of audiences, right?

It's basically the new audience that came in after Netflix did its Drive to Survive push and grew the sport immensely.

And you've got the old...

are not necessarily liking it so much or have concerns about it how does that feed into the whole equation so uh it goes for alex goes for me we have a viewership that actually pays whether it's f1 tv or for us via play they pay for our commentary so it is our job to make sure they have the best sunday the best saturday that they can have

However, it is polarizing and I tend not to shy away from my own personal opinion about it because I'm there, I'm the guy doing it.

And if I put on an act, I will be slaughtered as well on social media because it'll be just very transparent.

But you can't be ranting the entire Sunday about it because you are there to give people a good time.

You are there to give them the soundtrack to their Sunday, basically, and for them to be able to enjoy the race to the utmost of their ability.

So that is a continuous search for tone.
