Yeah.
And so it really doesn't really it doesn't matter necessarily what the activity is.
If it's kind of speaking to those two, it's it's more likely that it's gonna be restorative.

And and and I I and and that's probably where people
use that term of doom scrolling of of when they're when they're actually scrolling without meaning.
It's different when they're scrolling saying, I'm searching for something, or I've got this great author that I'm following, or I'm listening to a podcast that is of interest to me, or watching a video, whatever it might be that is purposeful.

That might be a little bit pleasurable in terms of funny, but it doesn't necessarily maybe hit the meaning 'cause I
Fifteen seconds later, I just do the next one and I don't know what's coming up.
Not none of it's meaningful at the end.
I don't feel like I've walked away having achieved something or connected with my value.
Um and some of that autonomy is gone as well because I'm just flicking.
Uh so it speaks at least at least I'm hearing it in in that way.
There's something about when you are
