Yeah, that makes a lot of sense because how you experience it

Uh you know, what

Whatever it brings you is true.

Um and and so for one person it might be

uh talking with a colleague.

can be uh uh uh

uh very um

Pleasant for one person.

Yet for another person it might actually be activating.

Uh and and we have to find what that is.

And it could be even just who is the person.

Because, you know, there could be lots of social um connections that are well meaning, but they actually activate because there's so much on your side.

Uh and they polarize, you know, they that actually

create a an interpersonal issue with others versus kind of down regulate you and kind of get you to see a different perspective.

So even though it might feel good.

it might actually have a secondary effect, which um isn't maybe what we're seeking.

Yeah.

Well, and and I can only assume I'm making the the this up, but the the one with the boss, even if the boss is pleasant, you might still be having to perform, right?

You have to put on some sort of professionalism, you you've got to go out and self-monitor, um, you know, you're wearing that mask, etc.
