And I feel fortunate to be a part of a group.
of players and coaches that everybody has the same mindset.
It's pretty much that you come into work, you put your hard hat on, and it's time to get busy.
I mean, we laugh, we joke, but when it's time to step on that field, there's a standard.
and the style of play in a way that you know every everybody's got to be involved and we all got to be try and be at our best because you know you know the offense is going to bring your offense knows that defensively you know we're going to do what we have to do to make sure that we either match our standard and you know obviously either like go pass it and i think it's
it's one thing to talk about it, but again, from my experience, you know, been a part of some other, you know, uh, great organizations, but for me, it started with how we went about, you know, OTAs and then going into training camp.
Like I noticed I've ripped from what that April, May felt like, man, the training camp that we had that, uh,
you know, our process, our standard and the way we do things, it was just different.
And I feel like it's going to, you know, pay off and continue to, you know, pay off as we get going throughout the season.
You know, for me, you know, again, like obviously you've seen what, what they've done and, you know,
the difference they made in the span of a year with Coach Johnson and Coach Allen being there for the first year.
For me, again, I go back to saying I was just fortunate that they saw something in me that they felt that could be an asset to what they're trying to accomplish this year.
I felt like, for me, it was an opportunity to take another step in my game, but also be a part of a team that, again, like...
just to be a part of a team where, you know, it's a group of guys to where, you know, the way we do things and how we go about our business and the way how we protect each other is something that you want to be a part of.
So, you know, for me, it was kind of like a no-brainer, you know.
I knew a couple of guys that were there already.
Again, it wasn't no fluke as to,
the success that they had last year and obviously looking to expand off that.
And for me, another opportunity to be a part of a great team who has young guys and has guys that got dogs, man, that's ready to compete day in and day out.
So for me, it was, come on, let's do it.
