I you know I I can honestly say, you know, from the moment that I I step foot on the facility, you know, it started in OTAs.
It's just, you know, the way that we we do things and go about our work, I think it speaks volume to the organization, the coaches, obviously with Coach Johnson and you know, with Coach Allen and what they're trying to do.
And I feel fortunate to be a part of a group.
uh of players, you know, a and coaches that everybody has the same mindset.
Like, you know, you're it's pretty much that you you come into work, you put your hard hat on and and it's time to get busy.
You know, I mean we we laugh, we joke, but when it's time to step on that field there's a standard.
and the style of o of play in a way that, you know, every everybody's gotta be involved and we all gotta be try and be at our best because, you know, you know that offense is gonna bring in offense knows that defensively, you know
We're gonna do what we had to do to make sure that we either match our standard and, you know, obviously
Either like go past it and I and I think it's
It's one thing to talk about it, but again, from my experience, you know
been a part of some other, you know
uh great organizations, but for me it started with how we went about, you know, OTAs and then going into training camp.
