I update my copywriting page from there, all that kind of stuff.
But I get addicted to the news feed.
So I have a Chrome extension called Kill News Feed.
There's one also called News Feed Eradicator.
I don't know if it works on PC, whatever.
but it's for Chrome and it basically lets you open up Facebook, but it doesn't show the newsfeed and Facebook is not that addictive without the newsfeed.
That is awesome.
And then self-control for Mac.
It's a, it's a free app called self-control.
It'll nuke certain sites.
So Reddit, CNN, and a dig.com are my downfalls of productivity.
And so I'll nuke them whenever I want to be productive and I'll hit R it'll auto pop Reddit in my browser and it'll, it won't let me go there.
It's awesome.
Roughly, yeah.
I think actually seven hours is my optimal time.
Eight hours is a tad too much for me, but seven hours, and if I get up right away and go for a walk or workout or something like that, I'm tired in the morning, but then I wake up.
Seven hours is about right.
To keep trying stuff.
