Welcome.
and Dina Richard, Senior Vice President and Treasurer and Chief Investment Officer at Trinity Health.
Mike, Dina, thank you for joining me.
Are these concerns justified?
And will we see the seemingly unstoppable rise of private markets temper somewhat during the year?
Dina, to you first.
But I think it's interesting, at least maybe maybe it's only a sample of two, but we're obviously hearing LPs that are staying the course.
If we look through that lens, what's the strongest strategic case for private markets in twenty twenty six?
And how should institutional investors think about public and private equity as a connected ecosystem, particularly given that concentration that we spoke about earlier in public equity and the AI driven CapEx infrastructure cycle?
Maybe Mike, this time we'll start with you.
And I think given the topic of the jour is is heavily around various ideas around liquidity in the marketplace at the moment.
You know, many institutional investors are holding private market portfolios that were constructed under very different market conditions, different assumptions, different liquidity expectations.
In certain cases there are mismatches between the liquidity of vehicles and the underlying assets that are being held.
In your opinion, how should they think about reshaping those portfolios and managing those portfolios today?
Uh again, Dina, I'll start with you.
I'm right.
And I think now as we kind of approach the close of this session, I probably have to ask each of you, it's a tough environment out there for some people with a lot of volatility, a lot of noise.
If you're giving people kind of just the important takeaways for this year, you know, what would your kind of key notes of guidance be?
Again, Mike, we might start with you again.
Well, I think that's great advice.
