So Stoke were disappointed, though, and didn't really work hard to close Arsenal down.
Arsenal dictated the game, and this goal typified it.
There was two or three other good chances which came from the flanks, and either Bellerin or indeed Monreal getting some good chances.
I suppose, getting into good territory, but they didn't finish it off.
But when they got the goal, it felt then, you know, that Arsenal were going to kick on.
But let's give Stoke some credit for the way they came back in the second half.
They had, yeah.
I just question Johnson didn't see it early enough as the full-back could have gone in and covered it a little bit sooner.
But, no, it was lovely.
It was a real polished performance from Arsenal all day.
As Alan said, going forward, there was aggression there at the right times.
But when you see a goal like that, I mean, we just clapped our hands here watching it.
It was superb.
And Monreal was on the same view as the assistant.
He's the one who started complaining straight away.
But it was amazing that the energy came back into the stadium.
OK, so it was a goal that shouldn't have counted, but, you know, Arsenal really had to stand up to that for the next 10 or 15 minutes or so, and there was a lot of corner kicks, there was a lot of incident, as I say, the crowd were pushing.
Absolutely, yeah.
Two minutes later, he scores.
Yeah, sends a couple of players out to warm up.
