one of the major chang or the almost the major change that people might perceive from the outside about iris in the last kind of five years is
You were a business in a single country, the UK.
Yeah.
Great market, great market position, great customers, et cetera.
And you're now a business that's kinda transatlantic.
Can you just kind of talk through what changes that brings for you as a leader?
Maybe just give people a sense of the scale of that as well and how that's developed, because there's I think a general perception that, you know, UK businesses go into the US, 90% failure, things don't work, you know, Brits can't do that, et cetera.
And I've may maybe in public company land or other sectors that's true.
We at H G have had the inverse of that.
We've had kind of ninety percent plus kind of success rate.
So we're huge believers in being able to take European businesses and make them transatlantic.
Yeah.
But I think Iris is almost like the absolutely kind of, you know, number one kind of case study almost the last kind of five years or so.
