There wasn't as much expectation from the clients, from the teachers.

There wasn't as much competition.

Even for teachers coming in now.

They have to come in.

straight out of school and be good.

Clients expect them.

You know, clients will say, oh well, and I'm like, they graduated a week ago.

Give them some grace.

Like give them some time.

We have the time as teachers and we have the time as studio owners.

Now you need to come in and you need to like literally hit it straight off.

So I was quite a few years in car when I realised that despite the fact my studio was booming

Everything was full.

I must have looked minted.

There was hardly a penny left for me at the end of it.

And that's a common story.

And I went and did a very big and very expensive business training, best thing I did.

utterly changed my life, changed the business, made it far more sustainable.
