I it's not that I don't burn out and it's not that this isn't a job because this is a job.
You know, ev all work is work, but I get to do something that I absolutely love so much.
And it gives me such joy and it gives me such a passion and such a drive.
And I went and ran at the weekend, I went and ran the first reformer training that we've done outside of our studio.
So
That was kind of my vision.
I was like, I don't necessarily want any more bricks and mortar studios, but I was seeing that the need for teacher trainings was great and good teacher trainings.
So we got approached by a studio in the Cots Worlds.
And it was amazing to go into a studio who really didn't know me.
And to share this work in the way that I've written it.
Uh, a lot of people there are career changers, but quite a few people on the course had done other big trainings.
And
They were kind of blown away by the depth of this work and the the simplicity of it at the same time, you know?
Like we don't need to overcomplicate it.
Let's just understand it.
And I think that's what's given me the most joy at the moment is this feeling of sharing this work and taking on all that I've learned and
you know, having put it into a training and being able to share that and I hope to do a bit more of that because it's it's lovely and sort of sort of see how this works.

To share with others what had been shared with me.
To share with others how my life had shifted, how I had learned that we could live and move and feel differently.
