We got to a point in the mountain and Florida phase of Ranger School, which is the second and third phase, where each phase begins with a week of techniques, teaching you the skills and the tactical requirements in which you will be evaluated on when you go into the field.

And then after that first week of techniques, you go into your field training where you are evaluated based off of your ability to execute a mission within the leadership position that you are given.
