The GP practice then had six months to respond before the patient was actually removed.

From October last year, though, the process changed, and the window practices have to respond to one of those FP sixty-nine flags was cut to just three months.

That removals have really rocketed because not only has this time window been halved, the total number of patients flagged for removal has gone up really sharply.

So, from a practices point of view, there are loads more flags to check and far less time to do it in.

So, what's the justification for this?

And estimates that there are about six million more patients registered on practice lists than
