Micro credentials, absolutely.
So that's sort of fast paced learning.
It's uh you know, learn it quickly and apply it quickly.
Um and that's how we build a lot of our courses at RMIT Online.
It really is about applied learning.
And you know, work with industry on that.
Now I'm not saying that the three degrees and useful.
Like if you want to move away from being a office receptionist to being a vet, then you need that.
Um but I think for some of the some of those roles, um really micro credentials fill a good credible gap.
I I prefer to sort of think about it in short term learning but, you know, it's got many names.
If you think about a uh let's say three year degree you're gonna pick up two hundred skills.
And then in uh any year you're gonna pick up, you know, sort of eighty skills.
And then in any subject you're gonna pick up kind of sixty skills.
And so the question for a micro credential short term learning is taking it even finer and saying over this next six weeks or two weeks or three weeks, you're gonna pick up these two or three skills.
And so the idea is you've learned it, you prove you've learned it, then you apply the learning.
Um and you can apply it really fast and your
Um
You know, the benefit is that if you can show you've learnt it, prove you've learnt it and actually demonstrate it, um, that sort of learn to earn time frame becomes a lot shorter.
Yeah, well I look I I think that becomes um you know, for a lot of people um out of work, I would say a lot of it is is actually looking at job ads, what people want, what the skills required.
I think you've got your own personal networks where you actually want to hear that.
