And then I think the second is that prediction really attacks the core asset or one of the core assets that the banks own today, which is the customer relationship.
And so if that is depreciated or demised and an agent starts to choose on the customer's behalf, they're not really weighing up the loyalty of a brand or the brand equity.
They're looking at things such as price, committed outcome, and they're re-evaluating that consistently.
And so as a bank, the loyalty and kind of customer relationship and customer depth you have there
is somewhat eroded.
And I think that's one prediction that bankers have really challenged in the near term, and I understand why.
The second is this whole concept of, we call it dopamine banking, but it's this whole concept of how banking, in some instances, will become gamified
You start to talk about saving streaks.
You start to talk about the influence of social media feeds or banking feeds.
And we see neobanks experimenting with it somewhat successfully today.
But we truly believe in the near future, those kind of experiential moments that customers today get in social media, e-commerce platforms, education apps, et cetera, will become table stakes in banking in terms of how you interact, how you engage.
And maybe there's even a future where when assessing someone's creditworthiness or even assessing someone's rates on savings products, things like social media reach will be taken into consideration.
And you're trading basis points for the fact that you can become an ambassador for the bank brand to your social network, as an example.
So those are more for kind of
far out concepts, but they exist in other industries today.
Completely.
And I think it starts to become, you know, your point around deposit flights, but just being somewhat, you know, I like the term the digital run on the bank.
That's just agents moving a customer's money to take advantage of the best interest bearing products maybe, or even balance transfers could be a really big one.
Oh, yeah.
Where actually like debt starts to shift around and it becomes a, you know, a market which, you know, the agents are somewhat controlling on behalf of their customer.
