And so, of course, there is going to be resistance to something new.
It's up to us to be able to create a compelling story and a compelling club where people feel like they belong and that they can identify with that team.
And that's the challenge that we face and we're up for that challenge.
We're working on that, actually.

I mean, we've got members who've been with us for 15 years, so we need to look after them, and that's not lost on us, and that's something that we'll talk to our members about over the next month or so.

It's challenging that you've effectively got to call 40 players simultaneously.
So sometimes the news gets ahead of you as you're working through that list.
But our high-performance guys spoke to all the players last night.
Yeah, so presently, although it's a merger of brands, the lists stay as they are.
So if you are contracted to the Renegades, you stay with that group.
If you are contracted to the Stars, you stay with that group.
We're obviously clear on the Stars ownership, who's going to be running that.
We won't be clear on specifically who owns the Renegades, if we use that as the Renegades group.
We won't be clear on who that is for a few months.
We've still got a few gateways we've got to get through and sail with Cricket Australia and the Players Association.
So there's a little bit more uncertainty there, but we'll be working pretty hard to ensure that there's a clear plan.
And one of the reasons why it was really important to make this decision now is so that we can get on and plan.
