So we're the ones that are producing the heat and it can be hot indoors as well.
And limited airflow can be really hard to evaporate sweat.
So you can heat up just as fast indoors.
Sure, you lose the sun component, which is massive.
But yeah, definitely changes will have to be made in terms of how events are hosted and where they're hosted.
And the way that it's typically done is exercising in a hot environment which isn't necessarily feasible for everyone.
People don't have access to a heat chamber often and it's expensive and it also impacts the climate.
It takes a lot of energy to run
a climate chamber or a spa or a sauna or things like that so if we can try to do that in a more sustainable way one we're not contributing to the problem and two where then it's more equitable more people can improve their ability in the heat
