Just so you know, we only had five minutes left because the health inspector said that if we sat the food out at room temperature for too long, that it would no longer be food safe and he would have to disqualify us.
There's always a time pressure when you're making a food world record because you need to be quick with the food or it's no longer food safe and therefore no longer allowed to get a world record.
