The one thing they all agree on is like the legacy of the Holocaust.
And so what they see themselves as is a minority.

They're not white, but they're also not non-white.

is basically like the eternal minority they're kind of like the ultimate minority and so what that kind of has is like a built-in identity politics as the minority you kind of have like a certain political outlook which is to say that you're looking out for minority rights like why do you think so many jews were in favor of getting rid of the national origins quotas for immigration because
Those were used against Jews coming here from Russia.
And they were against all the quotas in the universities because they were used against Jews.
It didn't matter if they believed in God.
You know, Larry Ellison doesn't believe in God.
Yeah, but they see themselves.
Is he really an atheist?
Yeah, I believe so.
He doesn't practice Judaism.
But they see themselves as basically part of this besieged tribe.
And so they have this siege mentality, even if they're not religious.
Like, many of these left-wing ones are kind of like, ooh, I don't really like the way some of these progressives sound.
It's making meβthat sounds anti-Semitic.
Like, what ifβ
