Yeah, I mean, again, just like Mark talked about, it sounds like the economy is going to certainly boost that, if anything, to go by your expectations, which is great to hear.

And Dan, what are you doing for Christmas, New Year?

smart stuff and yeah totally agree like you know do the christmas and stuff at home and then you can take the late summer break somewhere else so definitely stacks up actually one one actual uh other question for you i wonder about um do you deal with a lot of aucklanders who because they can maybe work from home full time i know there's this push to get back to the office in general have you found a lot of aucklanders have moved to uh tolongadan because they can keep their job but they can then live in paradise

one of the paradises around the country, keep their job actually to stay there and work full time, but actually they're still close to Auckland if they do need to get there for meetings or any big events as well.

Is that a common thing for you guys?

What's the commute to Auckland these days?
