So tell us about your expectations over the summer from a property market perspective.

Obviously, you'll be seeing plenty of people come into town as well from all over the show.

What are your expectations and what are you up to for the next few weeks?

Yes, no doubt.

I was going to say you've got a pretty frantic next week or so, but hopefully you get to have some relaxing time over in Aussie while you're there so you get a bit of a mix of both.

Because, yeah, as you say, she could be a busy old January once you come back, mate.

Hey, one actually thing before we move on and get to a vote for which other area you would go and invest or live in.

Just one quick word on Wanaka.

Stuart, now there's been quite a lot of talk about infrastructure development there as well.

I know there's been heaps of development on that side of the hill as well.

What's your take on what's going on in Wanaka at the moment and any expectations for how that might play out next year?

Yeah, the accessibility is not quite there, right?

Like Queenstown's got the airport and so, you know, and it's still a bit of a drive to get over to Wanaka.

So I suppose that's always going to hold it back unless they get their own airport.

Yeah, right.

Yeah, good point.
