So once again, hopefully this sparks that conversation, sparks that education across generations, and we see more people taking hold of that, and that starts to improve our housing stock over time as well, our energy efficiency, the amount of energy we can consume, all of these things are heading in the right direction, but I suppose it can't happen fast enough.
So it's heading in the right direction once again, but hopefully it happens even faster than we've been seeing so far.

I'm going to get your take on, you know, your leadership experience, a few things property.
Like we can't get out of here without talking about genuine property questions.
So I want to get back to you and your experiences throughout your career.
Firstly,
What was the last thing you did that genuinely scared you professionally?
And I want to hear about some waterfall you stood over.
But professionally, what scared you more recently?
Yeah, no, I think it's something we do here a bit more often is, you know, as much as everyone got the same businesses, whether it's banks or registered agencies.
And so there is some consistency across, you know, the Tasman, but there's always a little nuance of difference too.
And yeah, that's no doubt been something you've had to adjust to.
But again, from my perspective, you've done it incredibly well.
