Yeah, puff pastry.
And you can buy, this is pre-rolled, pre-made puff pastry.
No, no, you don't have to do that at all.
Literally just roll it out, prick it with a fork and let it rise up.
And that will take about 15, 20 minutes.
And then you don't want it to rise too high.
And it rises about that.
Then flip it over the other side.
Very gently turn it over and another sort of five minutes in the oven.
And then I've just done whipped cream and raspberries.
