But if that helps you, then go for it.
I think that's what you said.
Question from Anonymous Coward from Georgia.
If reasonable fear of grave bodily harm justifies self-defense and whistles and bullhorns cause permanent hearing damage, why aren't we shooting protesters?
uh if is that like name calling can hurt you no there was that guy that was like that he beat the shit out of a couple of protesters um that were like getting in his ear with a bullhorn and like doing the klaxon that they do yeah and uh he he knocked a couple of them out like i don't know that you could well you might be able to articulate that in court i mean death or serious bodily harm i don't think hearing loss is serious bodily harm really it's not how about stop being a bitch
I mean, that's like saying if I boxed your fucking ears and made you deaf, that wasn't serious bodily harm.
A cut requiring stitches or a broken bone can be considered serious bodily harm and has in court.
And hearing loss is irreversible.
So, I mean, if you could articulate that in court and get a jury to go along with it, then yes, but that's going to be your hard part because it's not life-threatening.
I agree that deafness is harm because you could sue somebody for hearing loss because you can't get that back.
I just want any reason legally to shoot protesters.
The hard part would be articulating that in court.
If I was on the jury, I'm going to be like, yeah, the dude's justified.
She wasn't putting a bullhorn in anybody's face.
Yeah, I don't think that's a severe bodily harm or death.
First off at Kent state, those fuckers deserved it.
Oh, wow.
Those fucking college students deserved every bit of that.
They did.
Don't be a fag.
