It's because no one at PlayStation talks to people. Herman Hulse is not on Gamer Tag Radio. He is not on Destin's podcast. He is not on Kind of Funnies. He is in the tower. He does the thing and bounces off. Like, I just don't... There's this whole... There's no one there. It's like, who are you going to ask? Exactly, right? Like, I mean... And again, it's also then the weird...

I feel like the picking a team and being dedicated to defending that team is such a... This is going to sound so insulting. Stick with me. Such a second-place mentality, such a downtrodden mentality, where I feel like even when I was at IGN, it just started, and I was on the PlayStation team. We launched Podcast Beyond, and it was when PlayStation 3 was getting the shit kicked out of it.

Nothing ran well on it. There was no games for it, but there was this... commiserating as a PlayStation community about how bad things they were, but then, well, this is going to be great, and what about Lair? Maybe that'll be like... There was this whole, like, that brought people together, the negativity, to form a community to build on and go off of and really feel connected to everybody.

And I can't say much about the Xbox community because I wasn't a part of it, right? But it was... Xbox 360 was so big and so ubiquitous that I didn't feel like it had the same sense of community. So then I think we've gone to a place where that's flipped, where PlayStation 5 is a runaway success.

If you have a console, you have that, and mainstream people want it just for their sports games or whatever. It's like, that is... There's still a PlayStation audience, but it is not the PlayStation audience that was being fed with PSX, was being fed with funny videos from Jack Trenton and Shuhei and Adam Boyes and having personalities that meant so much that we're actually talking.
