If you look at all the records of these companies, that daycare center has had multiple violations over the past few years.

Multiple violations.

I think upwards of 10 violations.

But yet, even if they were closed, they still received $1.9 million.

Wow.

That is just... And why would you ever put a child in there when there's only one door, it's completely blacked out, there's no windows, there's no playground.

It's just a place for fraud.
