Like, literally within just a few blocks, you have homeless people setting up their own homeless encampments in the street.
You're walking across poop.
Like, this isn't an exaggeration.
Like, I've done it.

I've shown people what's happening.
You obviously have Skid Row there.
That's been a big issue for years.
But then you have $24 billion that just went missing for the homeless, that went unaccounted for.
