that a lot of other war memoirs don't really talk about a lot is you spent quite a bit of the book talking about how just the elements of Vietnam kind of kicked your ass when you first got there of the climate.

I mean you were sound like you were a pretty in shape guy and you were still having a miserable time when you first got there.
