I've watched other Mourinho documentaries or at least documentaries about his teams and I've I've heard his his opinion on on why things went in certain ways before, so I m maybe it's still you never know, he's got new opinions and things to say.
But um I do think one of the consistent themes of Mourinho is that
he pretty much always finds a scapegoat within his teams, right?
He finds someone who's going to be the villain and that person is then becomes the in the enemy within around whom um some sort of competitive tension can be built.
Um he did that at Into did it at Rome, he did it at Madrid last time.
He he's done it everywhere.
And
The only question is with this Madrid team, and you like you say, they're all superstars.
Who who are you going to do it with?
You can't hand Vinitius a new contract and then make him into the bad guy.
You can't make him into the one.
You can't go out and sign Diamante as uh this hugely expensive wonder kid and make him into the bad guy.
I mean, maybe you can 'cause you're Mourinho and you'll just then make it into somehow somebody else's fault and somebody else's problem.
But it it does raise that question to me because there is this un unresolved tension in of how do you get the best out of Mbappe and Vinicius when they're in the same team.
They they w they want to do some of the same things.
They're both brilliant footballers, but how do you make it work?
And so the obvious thing is to make one of them into the bad guy.
But then how?
How do you do that with two of the worlds?
