They're missing not just Davis, but obviously Ishmael Kona, who was having a great tournament before getting injured in the last round.
They're missing Bombito at the back, who didn't play.
They're missing for this last game, Mistakio ended up coming off the bench but didn't start.
I think Canada will hope they can come at a version of themselves that will be much stronger for this next round.
Although, of course, Kone is not coming back.
And I do wonder if the Davis thing is just entirely a decoy because every round it's like Jesse Marsh goes, oh, no, we just thought we'd save him this time.

But there is just no escaping the fact that this system makes it entirely unfair in the fight for best third places because the teams that are left.
have more information than the ones that have already played so Scotland play their game not knowing what result they need to go through whereas Sweden might be in a position of knowing well we can afford to lose by a goal two goals and that'll be okay we can't lose by three goals and and maybe it makes no difference but it is unfair it's not the same playing field for everyone and uh
