Yeah, I mean I think the Cubs in general have have targeted players that, you know

value all parts of the game or whatever you want to call it.

But from from early in the season, early spring training days, counts definitely has emphasized just the importance of base running, the extra runs out there and effort is a part of that.

So yeah, for sure.

I mean they've they've swung the bats against us really well this year.

You look up on the board and

Most of them are having having really strong years and I think when you have a a group that has a lot of young players too, you're gonna have a little bit of that, you know, extra effort, relentless, hungry kind of approach to the game that, you know, you hope you never lose as a player, but when you're um younger and they're really sensing what they can create as a team right now, I think that's real for sure.

Yeah, I mean I think

You know, I'm I'm able to go over there and I feel like be a good version of myself, but there's absolutely things that um you know, I do differently when I prepare to play shortstop and um but that's also tough because it is mid August and we've been playing baseball every day for for five, six months now.

So like adding more at this point of the year isn't necessarily always the best thing for for playing every day and whatnot.

But um yeah, just I'm gonna be taking red balls a short.

But obviously I mean um I do that throughout the year anyways 'cause I think it brings out a lot of my good qualities as an infilter and keeps me athletic and move in and my arm strong and things like that.

But um it'd be easy to go run around over there and go crazy and do too much every day and then put myself in a bad spot, so kinda give or take with that.

Um yeah, I mean I'll I'll definitely talk the game with him a lot.

I think, you know, one thing for me that's been big in the last couple of days is just working with Pedro as much as I can.

I think um, you know, we had a couple of missed double play opportunities against the Cardinals that you know, whether it's bad feeds or just timing or things on my end that um not necessarily like fault, but you just when you have that kind of second nature timing with another person that's a big deal and so

So definitely want to take a bunch of ground balls with him.

Um he's a great player.

But yeah, Dansby loves the game.
