There were some pitches.
Obviously, the whole line from the night was dominant and everything, but there were some pitches and moments where you kind of had like โ
audible reactions to in the field, like just nasty pitches.
I mean, the five straight four seems he threw up to trout followed by a three, two breaking ball at the bottom of the zone.
Just a, one of those sequences that you just don't see out of many starting pitchers.
And that was electric.
100%, yeah.
And I'm glad you asked about the personality because obviously still getting to know him and all that.
But just the way he carries himself on the mound is โ
It's dominant.
It's elegant.
He looks like he's expecting to have success.
He's composed but shows emotion.
He looks the part 100%, and the results follow.
there's so many ways to create value in our sport and you know there are more consistent ways that you see people getting paid a lot of money i think but i'm very proud of getting to this point by by being myself you know i still want to improve i want to add to my game i want to be the best version of myself but i'm also proud that you know my game in a lot of ways hasn't changed that much since i was in high school and in college and you're always improving around the edges but i feel like i've stayed pretty true to myself and i'm really grateful that um
That's valued in this game, and I just want to improve and keep running that out there.
