So there was two attempts on the life of Michael Gately.

The second time, I think he was shot in a garage forecourt.

The first operation was the one involving Imre Arrakis.

the Estonian hitman who was flown into the country.

And a number of people, very significant individuals, including Padder Keating, have been jailed in relation to that.

I think Keating was charged with directing a criminal organisation in relation to that attempt.

But the second one, Mago was in Dublin and Cailin Smith was subsequently jailed for 20 years or something for that assassination attempt.

And is that the one that McGovern is accused of, stands accused of directing, given that we already have Keating?

So it's actually that one, I believe.

Or perhaps a series of attempts to organize an assassination that we don't yet know of.

And actually on that, Imre Arrakis, because, of course, we have been through the courts with all that and heard the evidence they had.

And while there were people on the ground here in Ireland, a team that was sort of put in place to help Imre Arrakis make his way to Newry and get anything he required to carry out this assassination.

He was also on the phone encrypted phone network and he was communicating with what the police later would say was people outside the jurisdiction.
