The former world champion was sort of seen as being left in the scrap heap.
But Kinahan had taken him on.
And he was adamant he was going to lose all this weight and he was going to get back to full fitness.
And he was sort of a bit, he was a bit of a man mountain and himself and, you know, Billy Joe Saunders would be jogging at night in Marbella, presumably because it's too hot during the day, running through fountains, having a bit of banter.
And it all looked like really good fun.
Again, it all looked a little bit something that was a bit far-fetched.

And his trainer, Ben Davison, would later say, he would later describe where Fury was when Daniel Kinahan
plucked him from that scrap heap.
And he says, at that point, Tyson was questioning everything about himself, even his own existence.
To have somebody come along and say, don't worry, I believe in you, I've got your back, was a godsend to him.
Daniel gave him the footings to start again, a positive outlook and a pathway back to the top.
It was huge for Tyson.
From memory, he also said that he was in debt at the time and his debts were looked after.
He was in trouble with the British Boxing Association because of a doping scandal.
And he was basically, you know, told, you just need to concentrate on yourself and get back to fitness.
Now, in September of 2017, the next big thing for MTK is that Carl Frampton has signed up.
Now, he's arguably the biggest signing they've had to date.
