We're not going to be going away.
And
They do.
And that empowers them and makes them even more dangerous.
We've seen it before in all sorts of situations.
We've seen it with the Kinnahans in Spain when they beat those charges at Operation Shovel.
It empowered them to become more and more powerful and lawless.
So my final word on them is this, right?
I said to you at the beginning, I went tower kicking and I wasn't disappointed.
There is an ugliness to them that isn't just physical.
It emanates from them.
They absolutely, I'm old enough to have been in court to have, you know, covered the Dundon McCarthy, you know, the feud in Limerick, et cetera.
And to have been in court when you have Wayne Dundon, John Dundon and others there, I've spoken to, to some of them, um,
and the people that surround them.
And there's this kind of sense that, you know, you can find humanity in most criminals.
Like there's no doubt about it.
There's a lot of people locked up behind bars who are actually ultimately OK people.
They've just chosen the wrong, you know, the wrong path or they have not got out quick enough or whatever it is.
But they're people with some morals and they're people with, you know, family values and all the rest of it.
These guys are a different breed of humanity and you can sense it from them.
