I think a group of our women are going to be coming to and talking about actually in one of our International Women's Day luncheons that we're going to be running very soon as well.

So how do we provide that and how do we give more education?

And I guess more access to information that we can do as well that can better educate.

So lots of things that we can do and lots of things that we do do.

And then obviously lots of things that we're planning to do as well.

Yeah, definitely.

I think it just reinforces that the demand's not the issue.

It's actually access and confidence in that age range, which is probably the issues that we're sort of talking about in this in particular.

I think for myself, I definitely was always wanting a home, but obviously the know-how and how-to, and I'm very lucky that I'm in an industry that gives me that education and access.

So it does sort of ring true to me and how we can do that better and how we can talk to, you know, females around that.

I think as a female myself, you know, they're all the things that you think of and we're always, you know, making sure.

And I think that speaks to obviously even in leadership, we're always thinking about, you know, are we quite ready and, you know, when to have those conversations.

It's a matter of broaching those sooner and empowering women to do that.

So I would say that sort of, you know, talks about home ownership and obviously, you know, leadership as well.

I think having confidence is key in, you know, any type of situation and these two in particular being very important in your life.

We need to do better and educate better on as well.

Definitely.

So I think the one thing that in talking to an advisor earlier versus, you know, when you're actually already looking at property is really key.

I think that, you know, in relation to there is no sort of criteria or, you know, the lending criteria can be quite unique and different.
