That barn, when they bought it, was completely uninhabitable.
It had a dirt floor.
It had exposed insulation.
They did about 40, 50k reno.
So they paid about 220 for the property.
It's on, I think, five hectares.
And, yeah, $220,000 for the property, $40,000, $50,000 renovation.
So for $270,000, they've got this renovated barn, and they've got it on Airbnb for $200 a night.
And it's booked out all the time.
I tried to book it over Christmas, couldn't do it.

Unbelievable.
Having said that, there are regional considerations.
Obviously, this year in particular has really shone a spotlight on the challenges that people face when they buy regionally.
I would certainly say still consider regional.
It's just more important than ever to do your research.
The cost of insurance for bushfire, flood and all of that sort of thing is going up.
In some cases, it's difficult to get.
So it's never been more important to do your research, but regional may be a very...
you know, clever way to enter the market if that's what you're looking to do.
