So the journalist Nick McKenzie, who broke or helped break this story a few years ago, he says it's not just the media or Afghan nationals who've made these claims against Ben Robert Smith, but that it's actually his own squadron mates.
They've also spoken out against him.
How rare is that and significant?
And how much weight will their evidence actually have once it gets to that stage in court?
So, Glenn, we know there's been a lot of outrage about this case, but how would you say people in that community are actually feeling?

Because as a lawyer, you're across all of this.
So what will the prosecution have to overcome if it's to get a conviction?
Regardless of that, though, it seems that the federal police must think they'd been up to something or wouldn't have brought forward these charges.
And what about this issue of trying to get a fair trial, especially after Ben Roberts Smith already lost his defamation case against nine newspapers?
So how could his team argue or try to use that to avoid going to a criminal trial?
So, Glenn, that's what the defence might do or could do, but what about the prosecution?
