I think for me, what I'm seeing is the same thing that my constituents and folks all across the country are seeing is that they don't want their taxpayer dollars being used for another endless war.
That Trump has gone in into an illegal strike on Iran and killed over 100 innocent children in an elementary school.
And unfortunately, this is what the corporate war machines have been lobbying for and spending millions of dollars in elections and millions of dollars lobbying legislators for this outcome.
Yeah, absolutely.
And quite frankly, it's insulting to the intelligence of people in this country to be saying that, well, the United States or the Department of War is going to be investigating it.
Why does the Department of War in this Trump administration not know where they're striking?
How do they not know whether it was their strike or not that hit this school?
And also, unfortunately, the language that we're hearing from Marco Rubio of these human shield defense that we have unfortunately heard time and time again by American politicians to justify going into war in the Middle East, going to war in other countries and causing devastation.
And we know that, unfortunately, also the United States has continued to turn a blind eye
when Middle Eastern countries are hit with strikes of our own by the US military and strikes by our allies towards schools, hospitals, places of worship.
We saw this for over three years now with ongoing genocide in Gaza that US bombs were used.
target schools, hospitals and destroy and basically flatten the entire like all of Gaza, the Gaza Strip.
And now it's happening again in Iran.
It also happened in Iraq.
And it was the same exact defense that we heard in the Iraq invasion was that, well, they're using they're using human shields.
And so we need to strike everywhere.
