But, you know, that loose forward selection battle, it's just going to be quite hellacious.
He has improved his play in the last couple of weeks.
I don't think he was playing as well as what he could.
I'm leaning, and this is probably, and I say, you know, the roundtable discussion with regards to guys, you might be a bit of a surprise to get selected in the All Blacks.
I really like Adam Lennox.
and I think Adam Liddick should be the third halfback again he brings certain elements that I think Dave Rennie and Mike Blair from an attacking point of view will like and he defends his position he's a tough defender and no I'm not selecting him because you can play him on a wing or at fullback or that sort of a thing okay I'm not selecting for that I just think genuinely at the moment
based on the form that he put out on the field, I think he's been the third best halfback in terms of performance of the New Zealand teams.
Roy Gard's a clear one.
I think Hotham is, again, he's developed really nicely into the season, similar to the way that the Crusaders have developed nicely into the season as well.
But I think Adam Lennox is the guy.
So Cortes probably will get picked because he's performing at the right time of the year.
He has done it before but I just think he got off to a really slow start and my personal preference is I just think Lennox has done enough and I think would be a really exciting addition to the All Black squad.
I don't think it's a Bolter though with some of those guys.
I think they have put in the performances at Super Rugby level.
So when we talk about Bolter, it's kind of like someone who really has come absolutely out of left field and maybe had one or two performances.
I think the names that...
John has mentioned, yourself has mentioned, Marty's mentioned in the past.
These are people who are putting really good bodies of work on the field over the course of the season and have also been doing that as well at provincial level and in some cases in previous Super Rugby campaigns as well.
Exceptions to every rule.
You're quite right, Jamie Wall.
