And I think as humans, we're not really designed to change very easily.
Like if you think about it, you know, I was thinking, you know, about why is it hard for us to change when in some ways change can lead us to much better outcomes.

It's why you teach your kids to learn how to ski early.

I think that we are trained to find a happy medium and then make as few changes as possible.
