So government should do the same thing.

No, and you should.

And I think that being an executive, what I focused on and what every executive focuses on is you can't necessarily focus on partisanship.

You've got to lift up everybody.

And in order to lift up everybody, you just have to do good common sense approaches.

So we looked at the people that were on welfare and we said, how do we lift them up?

And so what we did was we went to our small businesses and said, look, if you will hire them,

For this many weeks, we will pay for them.

And all we're asking for you to do is train them.

Well, after that time was up, they would hire those people because they invested the time.

And they fell in love with them.

And we put thousands of people from welfare to work just by connecting the dots.

That's what has to be done.

That's the role government can do is to put people together so that people aren't on the government dole.

But, you know, you have to focus on that.

Well, I think they need to balance the budget.

I think they need to stop this wasteful spending.

All the earmarks that they have started, they need to stop all of that.

There's not one American that wants them to be doing that right now, and they've got to stop.

And I think they've got to roll back these regulations that they're putting on businesses.
