Well, so that implies a lot of things, having tried to get a Melee dishwasher fixed in my life. It is expensive. They have to actually be using that service to actually book their appointments and take payments. That is not necessarily true. They might just be marketing there.

That's the part where every time I talk to anybody about agentic systems, I'm like, oh, this is where it falls in. Payment is the other one. And the thing I've been calling it is just the DoorDash problem.
