They have abdicated their responsibility to be an equal branch of government and put some checks and balances on this president because they fear his wrath.
So theoretically, we're supposed to be a representative democracy.
But for now, the party that talks so much about law and order is just skirting the law, trying to cancel and shame judges, suing everybody.

I think a larger concern here should be the fact that the executive branch is violating authority.
Article one of the Constitution, airstrikes without the permission of the United States Congress.
Now, other presidents have done this.
President Biden did it, too.
They didn't have a signal gate, but they have taken airstrikes without expressly going to the United States Congress for them to try to deflect, though, them being the current president.
